GROUPS, CLUBS, ORGANIZATIONS - ENVIRONMENTAL Lectures, Symposiums LECTURES, SYMPOSIUMS This section covers lectures and symposiums generally found to have a long-term and ongoing nature put on by organizations which have been anchored in the community and doing this for some time Fort Lewis College Center of Southwest Studies Museum, Library, Lyceum for lectures., etc.  The building complex on the north side of campus houses academia departments like Anthropology/Archaeology and Environmental Studies, and a separate (but adjoining)Music Theater with a programmed series of diverse musical performances.    The Lyceum and Museum focus on various themes of a multidisciplinary nature.  Some topics have included gender, regional female leadership roles, Native Americans, early Fort Lewis history, etc. Chautauqua Series 2012-2013.
